Preheat oven to 350°.

cup soft margarine
3/4 cup soft brown
sugar
1 tbsp egg replacer mixed with
1/4 cup soya milk
2 large, ripe bananas
3/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1/2 cup blue cornmeal
1/3 cup fine yellow
cornmeal
1/3 cup buckwheat
flour
1/3 cup chick pea
flour
1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
Mix all ingredients and place in a loaf pan. Bake
for 11/4 to 11/2
hours.
