Ginger Snaps

Crunchy and yummy — they taste great dunked!!

Preheat oven to 350°.

3/4 cup white rice flour
3/4 cup brown rice flour
1 rounded tsp powdered ginger
1 rounded tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine
3 tbsp molasses


Mix the dry ingredients and then work in the molasses and margarine, forming a big ball. Roll out dough to a thickness of 1/4" between sheets of waxed paper. Cut out shapes and bake on a greased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes (no longer!)
