Preheat oven to 350°.

cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup soya milk
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
or chocolate chips
3/4 cup fine corn
meal
1/2 cup chick pea
flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tbsp egg replacer
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp gluten-free
baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Cream margarine and sugar. Mix together
the dry ingredients. Combine everything. Shape into cookies and bake
on greased cookie sheet ‘til brown!
