Wendy has always found great joy in creative cooking. As a vegetarian for over ten years, she’s had lots of opportunity to experiment with recipes suited to a meatless diet. Recently two things have happened to launch her on a new creative burst — she has become a vegan, and her husband Charlie has discovered that he’s gluten-intolerant.
