
Wendy has always found great joy in creative cooking. As a vegetarian
for over ten years, shes had lots of opportunity to experiment
with recipes suited to a meatless diet. Recently two things
have happened to launch her on a new creative burst she
has become a vegan, and her husband Charlie has discovered that
hes gluten-intolerant. She shares with you some of the
tasty recipes shes developed to deal with this new challenge.
